Pencil Art

Pencil art is definitely my favorite! I love being able to erase mistakes and just draw in black in white. I am most comfortable with pencil drawings. Here are a few of my favorites!!

I took an online class on Outschool on drawing parts of the human face, hands and feet. I totally recommend!! I learned a lot about shading and texture while doing these.

This is a drawing I did of my 14 year old sister. It was one of my first attempts of drawing the whole human face realistically.

But even though I love drawing realistically, cartoony drawing are my favorite. These are some cartoon drawings of myself.

I was feeling adventurous with this piece. I tried a new style with the eyes. I love the way it makes the eyes shiny, but it's not my favorite style.

This drawing of Mickey Mouse was a challenge by my dad as a joke. I started just by outlining, but being the overachiever I am, went crazy with the shading. This is one of my favorite drawings.

As you can probably tell, I love Disney. Aladdin is my favorite character by far.

If you've read Keeper of the Lost Cities, you probably know Keefe Sencen. If not, you should definitely go read it. The series was recommended to me by my sister. I completely fell in love with this character. He is so funny, sweet and supportive to the main character, Sophie.

Back to the Disney theme... I LOVE Princess Anna. I don't think I relate to anyone better. She is my Disney twin.

This one was just for fun. I was trying to go for the Disney style with the eyes and hair.

For these next two, I used Shutterstock and picked two random girls to draw. I tried to change them into more of an animated look. If you want to compare the drawing to the real photo, the links are in the pieces.

I don't really know if this one falls under pencil drawings, but it will go here anyways. This was a drawing I did of a selfie me and my friend took. I went for a cartoony Polaroid style.

I tried to give this girl a Disney look like I did before.

I drew an character me, my sister and our old neighborhood made up a long time ago. I made a video of drawing it on my Pinterest account if you want to check it out.

Thank you!! I will try to post any new drawings ASAP. Feel free to try out these drawings in your own style and don't forget to comment!
